Inside Out Therapy’s beautifully equipped, spacious rooms are now available for hire on weekends (7 am – 7 pm) or evenings (between 5 – 9 pm). These rooms are ideal for hosting:
Available room sizes range from 10m2 to 40m2, and each is carefully designed to welcome all ages and abilities. Both our Burpengary and Kallangur studios are easily accessed, just 5 minutes off the Bruce Highway, with plenty of parking. Click here to see our locations!

Our rates for evening/weekend studio hire start at just $30 per session, depending on the length of hire, which room(s) you hire, and whether it’s a one-off or regular booking. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team for a quick, no-obligation chat.
Both Inside Out Therapy’s Burpengary and Kallangur rooms are available for hire.
Burpengary is located at 8/164-168 Station Road, Burpengary — 5 minutes off the Bruce Highway and about 45 minutes north of Brisbane. Enter through the Coles Burpengary car park and look for the IOT signs out the front of our entrance.
Kallangur is located at 5/1420 Anzac Avenue, Kallangur — also 5 minutes off the Bruce Highway and about 35 minutes north of Brisbane. You can enter from either Anzac Avenue or Brewer Street, and you’ll spot the IOT signs at the Brewer Street end of the complex.
We’ve worked hard to build an amazing space and we love hanging here with our clients during the day… but it’s a shame to let that space sit unused after hours! Our studio hire option means that more businesses can help their clients get out in the community and feel better — in a conveniently located, inclusive space.

Inside Out Therapy isn’t like any other clinic you’ve seen before. We’ve designed everything with the needs of neurodivergent kids and teens in mind. Our rooms are large. Our colours are warm and welcoming. Our lights are dimmable.
Our studio rooms come air conditioned and have dimmable light switches to adjust to your preferences. The floors are lined with impact-absorbing foam mats and have extra mats on hand in case they’re required for certain activities. Each room includes a small table and two child-sized chairs (remember — we cater to small people during business hours!).
Each room also comes with a mixture of built-in activities (like rock walls, monkey bars, and hanging swings) and flexible resources (like foam blocks, mats, toys, balls, board games, and more). These may be available upon request — but please ask first.
You are also welcome to use our onsite bathroom and kitchenette, if needed.
Most importantly, each room has plenty of open space for you to set up your own equipment and activities.
If you’re hiring our studio space, we simply ask that you leave it the way it was when you entered. Basic cleaning supplies are available, if needed.
Our reception is unmanned outside of business hours, but our front door will only open from the inside (or with a passcode from the outside). Upon confirmation of your booking, we’ll provide you with the updated passcode so you can access the space.
