At Inside Out Therapy, we have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled without 3 business days’ notice, the normal consultation fee will be charged.
We believe therapy is best supported with consistent attendance. As we hold appointments indefinitely for clients, frequent cancellations may lead to your future appointments being cancelled.
We understand that sometimes life gets busy and our lives and routines change, so if you need to put your therapy sessions on hold or change to another day/time please reach out to our admin team. We can try to reschedule or put your sessions on hold until an alternative becomes available.
This also allows other waitlisted clients the chance to access therapy services.
