Hi everyone! My name is Olaysha and I’m a compassionate and friendly physiotherapist who will be joining Inside Out Therapy’s team very soon!
I am absolutely thrilled that I will soon be able to work together with you and the IOT team to support and nurture our young humans into the best version of themselves! I have a passion for goal-directed, evidence-based interventions and fun in-clinic experiences. Within my sessions, I always prioritise comfort, creating an inclusive environment, and child-directed learning (as well as a good giggle!)
My previous experiences include children development services, hospitals, and multidisciplinary clinics working with a range of people from all walks of life. I have previously worked with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, and global developmental delays, as well as other presentations. I am also currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology and aiming to eventually integrate this with my physiotherapy work.
At home, I have a beautiful guinea pig named Chestnut (who I won’t ever stop talking about) and a very supportive family whom I adore. I love spending my spare time ice skating, shopping, and travelling — and I absolutely live for some good food!
