My name is Zoe and I’m an occupational therapist who can’t get enough of bubbles!
I’ve been working as an OT since 2018 and have always worked within the paediatric setting. Before becoming an OT, I was a dance and aerial yoga teacher. I have worked in both private practice (Australia) and schools (UK) supporting a range of diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, OCD, PDA, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay, and genetic syndromes.
I value neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based, and strength-based approaches to my work. I have completed additional training in: Therapeutic Listening, QuickShifts, Wilbarger Therapressure Protocol, DIR-Floortime, SPIRIT model and STEPPSI, Trauma Sensitive practice, and Interactive Metronome. I have also had the privilege to attend Camp Jabiru, the Oxford Trauma Master Series conference, and received mentoring from experienced OTs across the world.
When I’m not working you can find me at a yoga class, salsa dancing, or trying my best to speak Italian. I’m also partial to a cozy video game or a fantasy book!
