Hello! My name is Olivia, and I am a new Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) at Inside Out Therapy.
I am from the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, and am an avid Penrith Panthers supporter. Before I moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2023, I worked in a private practice supporting adults and children with a range of diagnoses: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Fragile X and Global Developmental Delay.
I enjoy working with a range of practice areas including alternative and augmentative communication, early intervention and primary school aged language skills, and speech sound delays. I am passionate about teaching communication skills that will enable kids to form deeper connections with their families and friends. I love seeing the ‘lightbulb’ moment when a child grasps a concept that they have been working on for a few sessions.
When I am not at work, I love to bake, be outside or spend time with my family and pets. I would love for you to ask me about my dogs, Bella and Ruby.
