As a paediatric occupation therapist, I love sharing in the moments of each child and their families. Making meaningful connections, and immersing ourselves in play that will foster strong therapeutic relationships to support reaching goals.
I have previously worked with a large range of individuals including those with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Global developmental delay, Intellectual and Physical disabilities ranging throughout 0-18 years. I have been drawn to incorporating play and movement into child-led sessions over my career and continue to believe in assisting families in understanding the ‘why’ of behaviours.
I am excited about the opportunities that Inside Out Therapy can provide families with their resources and facilities to benefit an incredible range of children.
When not at Inside Out Therapy, I enjoy spending time outside with my family and Border Collie, Pippa, grabbing a coffee and keeping up with any Australian sport going on that week!
