A Warm, Collaborative Approach to Counselling

Kruti is a compassionate and experienced counsellor who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with confidence, self-understanding and hope. With more than ten years’ experience supporting kids, teens, adults and families across community mental health, family violence, aged care and therapeutic services, she brings a calm, empathetic and client-centred approach to every session.

Kruti believes every person has their own unique strengths and story. She takes the time to build genuine, trusting relationships where clients feel safe, heard and respected. Her approach is warm, collaborative and person-centred, working alongside clients to identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support lasting wellbeing.

Drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice and creative therapeutic techniques, Kruti tailors therapy to suit each individual’s needs. She has extensive experience supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions and the impacts of family violence.

Alongside her clinical work, Kruti has held leadership roles supervising counsellors and has lectured in master’s-level Art Therapy, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and supporting others to grow.

Outside of work, Kruti is a proud mother of two. She enjoys oil painting, spending time in nature, going for walks and practising yin yoga.
