Julia is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping teens and adults build the skills, confidence and strategies they need to participate in the activities that matter most to them. With a warm, person-centred approach, she works alongside each client to understand their unique strengths, goals and challenges, creating therapy that is meaningful, practical and tailored to everyday life.
Julia has a particular interest in mental health and trauma-informed practice, having completed clinical placements across youth and adult mental health services. She enjoys supporting clients with emotional wellbeing, sensory regulation, daily living skills and increasing independence, always with a focus on helping people live rich and fulfilling lives.
Originally from Melbourne, Julia recently made the move to Brisbane and is enjoying getting to know her new city. A self-confessed coffee enthusiast, she loves exploring local cafés, getting lost in a good book and winding down with a great movie.
Julia sees clients aged 12 years and over at our Zillmere and Burpengary clinics.
