Hello! I’m Anne-Mare, an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping people thrive in their everyday lives. I love meeting kids and families where they are at, finding out about their worlds, and building on strengths to help kids and their families thrive.
With a background in psychology and sociology, I am passionate about understanding the “why” and discovering and honouring what makes you uniquely you. While I recently completed my OT degree, I have experience working with people across the lifespan in hospital, community, and school settings.
As a proud mum to three wonderfully energetic boys and an equally playful labrador, I know firsthand the joys and challenges of family life. In my free time, I love hanging out with my family, being outdoors, watching movies and discovering new cafes and restaurants.
